Standard Orders

Once your order is placed, it will be sent to our fulfillment center, and we will not be able to process any changes to your order. Once an order is fulfilled, we cannot accept cancellations or make any changes, replacements, or modifications to your order. If any items are out of stock during order fulfillment, we will automatically remove those items from your order and refund the out-of-stock items using your original method of payment.

Shipping

Please allow us 1-3 business days to process and ship in-stock items. Note that fulfillment times may vary due to the handmade nature of our individual studio’s products, with a high volume of custom orders to handle daily. Delivery days are only estimated and not guaranteed. Once the package is picked up, the expected delivery date will be provided by the carrier in the tracking details and may vary by shipping destination.

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number. If you do not receive a shipping notification, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at service@mail.xywstar.com

Returns

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for any used products. To be eligible for a refund or exchange for damaged goods, you must send photos of the product and a description of the damage to service@mail.xywstar.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. If eligible for a return, a customer service representative will provide instructions on how to return the goods.
